Your Voice

Our culture thrives on your active engagement and opinions.

Howmet Aerospace has always valued employee views on the things that make this company a great place to work. Having a union in the middle of that dialogue would change the way we communicate with each other today.

Howmet Aerospace wants to hear your voice directly! A union simply is not necessary to make your voice heard.

We always prefer to listen to you—not a stranger or middleperson who’s taking a portion of your pay as union dues.

How we involve you, listen to you and communicate with you every day

Howmet Aerospace values each employee as a partner in running our business. Your close involvement in our company is what makes Howmet Aerospace work! We support your involvement in building the company together.

Because of that, we offer many ways in which we share up-to-date information and involve you directly such as:

What information do I need to submit a report?

When you call Howmet Aerospace’s Integrity Line, you will be connected to a 3rd party (Navex) that will answer your call 24 hours-a-day. A translator will be provided, if needed. The operator will ask you questions to identify what location you are referring to and which part of Howmet Aerospace’s Code of Conduct, or other policies and procedures was violated. While it is desirable to identify yourself to facilitate the follow up review of your issues, you will not be required to leave your name. At the end of the call, you will be provided with a private tracking number so that you may call back to provide additional information or receive communication regarding the investigation. Additional questions may be asked of you via this outlet to facilitate the investigation, so we encourage you to call back.
